In order to join the Traineeship in Japan, you must ensure that the healthy regulations. According to Joint Circular was issued by the Ministry of Health (MoH) , the Ministry of Labor, Invalid, Social and Affair with using a healthy check done overseas as part of the work permit. There are 13 diseases not apply overseas to work abroad. Please see details below:
 

                           

I.   Shape- Outside

General Standard of Shapes and Fitness

1)  Shape-outside
-          No deformities, deformities, disabilities of hands, feet and eyes, causing difficulties with movement, seeing, hearing and speech.
-          No crooked leg, distorted, spinal deformities cause of abnormal movement, travel.

2 ) General Fitness
-          Age: Male and Female between 18 and 35 years old
-          Height: 153cm Male, 145cm Female
-          Weight: 50kg Male, 45kg Female
-          Hearing: Normal hearing, whisper voice 60cm
-          Eyes sight: + Normal vision, Non Progressive eyes disease
                    + No color and its disorder or color blindness
                    + Ability to see: Double vision wearing glasses or not >8/10
-          Blood pressure measurement:
                    + Blood pressure must not exceed the number 140mmHg
                    + Blood pressure must not less the number 90mmHg
                    + Heart rate must not exceeds 90 beats per minutes
    The above are the basic quality criteria and healthy that conditions for participation in the labor export to Japan.

II.    Illness is not required for participate in the labor export to Japan details.

Note: Participating in Japan labor-export program, you must send a medical examination. Therefore, if you are ready have one of diseases, you need treatment completely and then apply for participate.
