On 11^th November 2016, The LICOGIMEC’s officer instructed entry procedure for 15 operator trainees’ work for MIZUTANI Construction Company (Japan), under “The Vietnam Human Resource Development in Construction” program between LICOGI Corporation JSC and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Japan (MILT).
